Announcing the GC Python Users’ Group (PUG) for Spring 2016

Tuesdays 1:00-3:00pm

In the GC Digital Scholarship Lab (Room 7414)

Have you heard about Python but don’t know where to get started? Do you have a project you’d like to work on using Python but think you might need some help? Do you get stuck with Python and find yourself spending hours figuring out how to get unstuck? Join the GC Digital Fellows and other Python Users (both brand new and seasoned) to work on your project in a supportive atmosphere.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of the PUG in the Fall, we have expanded to meet every week. This  is a collaborative space for experimentation and exploration with the Python programming language. Whether you’re new to programming or use Python regularly as part of your research practice, the PUG provides an environment to develop your skills alongside like-minded scholars from a variety of disciplines. Join us from 1:00 to 3:00pm in the Digital Scholarship Lab (room 7414). No registration required.
