Introduction to Programming with Python

Wednesday, October 15th 6:30-8:30pm

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our first workshop, we have expanded registration for the second to accommodate those who are interested in becoming familiar with basic programming with Python. This workshop will be Thursday, October 15th from 6:30-8:30pm in room 6418. This workshop introduces the fundamentals of programming using Python, a language popular in both academia and the commercial world. Topics will include basic programming concepts such as loops, variables, and conditionals, installing and importing libraries, and creating simple scripts. No previous programming experience is necessary. This workshop will be hosted by Patrick Smyth and Hannah Aizenman.  If you would like to attend, please register HERE.
